Let’s get this straight – I’m 100 per cent cheering for the Vancouver Canucks in the Stanley Cup Finals vs the Boston Bruins. Let’s say 50 per cent because they’re Canadian and 50 per cent because I just can’t stand the Bruins. OK, maybe 60 per cent because I can’t stand the Bruins.

But while sports are almost always about good over evil, sometimes the bad guy has to win to keep things interesting. Or in baseball’s case, the bad guy  usually wins.

The Canucks have everything it takes to win – great offence, great defence, depth, and great goaltending. But at the end of the day, the Bruins just seem to have that 2003 Florida Marlins je-ne-sais-quoi about them. They’re not as good as the Canucks, but they’re going to win.

And I’m going to vomit.
